Ecopolitan in Minneapolis - John Barlow

The Ecopolitan Restaurant in Minneapolis is an amazing contribution to Minneapolis and its impressive movement to get our city more healthy and current. It is a %100 organic, vegan, & raw restaurant and bar. Among some of the food offered is an extensive juice and smoothie bar, with the option of adding in wheat grass shots and other supplements for additional health boosts! They have a breakfast menu (served all day), lunch and dinner menu, ranging from items such as Mac & Cheese to Ginger Nut Noodles, and an entire pizza menu.

If you are on the fence about trying a vegan or raw diet, this is a place you should consider giving a visit. They make all their dishes to not only follow the organic, vegan and raw rules – but they make them to be enjoyable to the palate as well! You’ll leave the restaurant feeling satisfied and %100 guilt free. It might even inspire you to take a bike ride through the city, or walk home instead of drive.

The Ecopolitan Restaurant is located at 2409 Lyndale Avenue S, Minneapolis, MN. They offer dine-in and carry out menus for added convenience. In addition to the restaurant they also offer an eco-spa with services from steam wraps and facials to pedicures and manicures. All services are, of course, %100 organic and non-toxic.
